  • Labor only, no software
  • No commitment

After-hours and emergency work billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate

How much does IT support cost?

The Care Plan is $150 per computer per month, with a $300 monthly minimum and a one-time setup of $250 per 10 computers. Hourly Help is $175 per hour.

No long-term contract. Care Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Hourly Help has no commitment at all. The written agreement says the same thing as this page.
