We offer a full suite of I.T. and web services to support small businesses. On the I.T. side, we handle everything from remote and on-site tech support, Office 365 and Google Workspace management, VoIP systems, network and server administration, cybersecurity, and security awareness training.

On the web side, we provide domain and email setup, WordPress website management, hosting, backups, performance tuning, and more.

We offer on-site support throughout Sarasota, DeSoto, and Charlotte counties here in Southwest Florida. For clients located elsewhere, we provide remote support and services nationwide — no matter where you’re located, we’ve got you covered.

For businesses outside of the on-site support area, special arrangement can be made for occasional on-site support for needs such as project implementation, major network and server adjustments, large equipment replacement, and more.

Response times vary depending on the urgency and nature of the request. For standard support issues, we aim to respond within 2 hours during regular business hours, and often much sooner. For urgent or emergency situations, we target a 1-hour response time — even outside of normal hours. After-hours support is available as needed, with additional fees applying for emergency or off-hours assistance.

For businesses without a service agreement, our standard break/fix rate is $200 per hour during regular business hours. Remote support has a 15-minute minimum, while on-site visits require a 1-hour minimum.

We also offer monthly service plans that include monitoring, security, and support — starting at just $30 per user. These plans give you baseline security standards and discounted rates on projects and support requests. Month-to-month, no long-term commitment.

For businesses looking for fully managed I.T. services, our all-inclusive plans (covering monitoring, security, and remote support) start at $120 per user. Month-to-month, no long-term commitment.

Need help after hours? Emergency support outside of normal business hours is available for an additional fee.

Yes! We provide both remote and on-site support, depending on your needs. Many issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through remote access, but we’re also happy to come on-site when a hands-on solution is required.
